Oekotex Standard 100
Confidence in textile issued by Centro Tessile Cotoniero
Busto Arsizio - nr. 950217.O
patent validity:
Cotton and cotton/polyammide knitted fabric, prepared,
mercerized, bleached, dyed with reactive dyestuff.
|
|
| WET RELAXATION |
| Continuous
or batch scouring treatment for every type of knit and fibre,
in grey or yarn-dyed state. |
The treatment secures an optimal fabric washing and a good dimensional stability on garments. This treatment is also suitable for the operation of garment dyeing.
|
| BLEACHING
AND PRINTING PREPARATION |
| Continuous
or batch bleaching, with or without optical whitening agent
or not, for every type of knit and fibre. |
This treatment
guarantees the stable continouity of white, dimensional stability,
for large or small batches. The treatment is suitable for fabric
printing and garment dyeing.
|
| ALFA BLEACHING |
| Underwear bleaching treatment. |
This treatment
gives to fabric a deep and stable continouity of point of white,
absolutely not possible to obtain with other processes.
|
| DYEING |
| Overflow
treatment (in atmospheric pressure or under pressure) for every
type of knitted fabric, in any fibre and for each type of colourfastness. |
This process guarantees the best colour reproducibility, in absence of pile and creases, in homogeneous batches from 0 to more than 1200 kg.
|
| VINTAGE DYEING |
| Special overflow dyeing treatment. |
This process
guarantees a uniformly aged and worn effect on fabric. This
is available in a limited number of colours.
|
| INDACO/SNOWBACK DYEING |
| Special overflow dyeing treatment. |
It allows, during the subsequent garment dyeing, the reproduction of indaco effect (jeans) and another set of colours.
|
| TREATMENT
T.C. AND FELTING |
| Overflow treatments. |
These treatments
allow wool and blend fabrics to to obtain the antifelting or
the controlled felting effects.
|
| PERMATEX
(reg. trade mark) |
| Mercerising treatment for tubular cotton fabric, in grey or yarn dyed. |
The process gives dimensional stability, lustre, increased tensile strength and good stretching. An even weight of the fabric, crosswise and lengthwise is obtained.
|
| TIMAG (reg. trade mark) |
| Mercerising treatment for open width cotton fabric, in grey or yarn dyed. |
It has the same characteristics as Permatex but removes the middle line of tubular rolls when opened.
|
| VITEX |
| Wet resin finishes. |
Vitex is a treatment on pad mangle with resins to give the cloth special finishes like softness, lustre, sewing ability.
|
| VITEX
W&W |
| Wet resin finishes. |
It allows
to obtain a "wash and wear" effect with an high dimensional
stability, also with tumble drying. All with use of totally
ecological products.
|
| BIOFINISH |
| Enzymes wet treatment of fabric surface. |
This treatment
removes the surface pilling and all fuzzy appearance of the
knits. It gives to the fabric a soft and light feel.
|
| INVARTEX (reg. trade mark)
SANFOR - patent 4675 |
| Compacting treatment of tubolar and open-width fabric. |
This treatment
gives a high dimensional stability and a soft and pleasant touch.
|
| BILUX
– LUXOR - STARLUX – SILKTEX |
| Mechanical operations on special pressing calanders. |
These grant
brightness and silky-fell to fabric.
|
| RAISING,
EMERISING, SHEARING |
| Dry treatments on every kind of article. |
These treatments are to give any possible pile finishing on fabric surface.
Raising is the lifting from the body of the fabric of a layer of fibers which stand out from the surfaces of special cloths like pile or fleece.
A mild form of raising is emerising, obtained on plain surface of fabric.
The general purpose of shearing is to trim and level the surface pile produced by raising.
Such finishes may be combined and are called "peach hand" and "sueding".
|
| SOFTEX (reg. trade mark) |
| Dry treatment on every kind of article. |
This treatment,
only one of its kind, gives the possibility to obtain an exceptional
touch with suede effect. The difference with respect to traditional
raising and shearing is that the fabric doesn't show surface
pile and that, for this reason, this effect remains the same
also after a lot of fabric maintenance cycles. This process
exalts and enriches normally poor articles, like open-end yarn
articles.
|
| RELAX |
| Drying or steaming operation on a rotary drum (tumbler). |
Full dimensional stability, fullness and mellow handling are obtained.
|
| ATR-ATA |
| Heat setting in openwidth form for knits made with synthetic fibers and/or elasthane. |
It allows
such articles to obtain the height and the weight requested
besides a good dimensional stability on such articles. The treatment
permits a safe dyeing without creases.
|
| ATT |
| Heat
setting in tubolar form for knits made with synthetic fibers
and/or elasthane. It's then possible to treat underwear variable
diameters with elasthane. |
The treatment
allows such articles to obtain the height and the weight requested
besides a good dimensional stability on such articles. The treatment
permits a safe dyeing without creases.
|
| ULTRAFORM
– SUPERFORM |
| Treatments on special calander on wool and blends fabrics. |
These treatments
gives texture and dimensional stability.
|
| SANITIZED |
| Wet special finishing |
